The Team and Your Role: Join our Client Data Warehouse and Analytics team to enhance and maintain the Client Data Warehouse and Client Analytics platform. This platform provides critical data to Finance, Business Development, and Operations. 

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Data Warehouse Specialist with Talend expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and a strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes. This role requires proficiency in Talend and SSIS, the ability to maintain data infrastructure and platforms, and expertise in SQL. Experience with data modeling and data design is essential. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse solutions using Talend and SSIS.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data across various platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
• Model data and transform it to meet business needs.
• Maintain and upgrade Talend infrastructure and platform.
• Develop robust data integration jobs using Talend Studio, leveraging its components, connectors, and transformations to manage data ETL processes.
• Optimize queries in SQL Server or other RDBMS platforms.
• Integrate Talend with external systems and APIs, including RESTful and SOAP web services, message queues, and file-based integrations.
• Design efficient data workflows and execute data transformations using Talend.
• Create CI/CD pipelines and develop custom components using Java in Talend Studio.
• Document and implement robust testing methodologies to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Support ad hoc analytics by producing datasets for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in Talend and SSIS.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data design.
• Expertise in SQL programming and query optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience with Python.
• Experience with cloud-based data solutions.
• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
