Role at a glance
We are seeking a Client Advisor to join our team in a full-time, mid-level capacity. This is an on-site role based in the United States. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients, managing the entire sales process from the initial inquiry to the final delivery.
Your impact
- Own the client journey: You will qualify warm leads and manage each opportunity to ensure every customer receives a best-in-class experience.
- Drive growth: You will proactively identify and pursue new opportunities to generate your own leads and expand our reach.
- Maintain excellence: You will nurture strong relationships with clients, vendors, and dealers while using Salesforce to keep your pipeline organized and your progress on track.
What you'll need
- At least 2 years of professional experience in sales and customer service.
- A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in modern office technology, specifically Google Workspace and Salesforce.
- A proven track record of qualifying leads and successfully closing deals.
- The ability to build genuine rapport and trust with a diverse range of clients and partners.
