We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to help us expand our impact within the German public sector by preventing illicit activities like money laundering and human trafficking.
The role
We are looking for a Senior Client Account Director to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, and we welcome applications from candidates located anywhere who are prepared to travel within the region to drive growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor to law enforcement and central government stakeholders, helping them understand the value of our platform in an approachable and meaningful way.
Core responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement and government agencies in Germany to drive significant account growth through strategic planning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our PreSales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to lead effective client conversations and achieve your sales targets.
- Maintain precise sales forecasts and utilize data from marketing and promotional activities to ensure consistent business growth and goal attainment.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in B2B SaaS sales and a deep understanding of the German public sector. We require the following qualifications:
- Proven experience managing and closing complex software sales, particularly within law enforcement or intelligence agencies.
- Established professional relationships within the system integrator ecosystem.
- Expertise in negotiating pricing and terms for multi-year agreements.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Fluency in both German and English.
- A track record of success in new business development and strategic account management.
- Experience with financial intelligence, investigations, cybersecurity, or blockchain technology is considered a strong asset.
