What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid position based in the United States. You will work closely with our senior leadership and other discipline engineers to ensure our projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. We need someone with at least four years of professional experience who is ready to take on significant responsibilities in design and field coordination.
What will you do?
- Apply your expertise in civil engineering to assist with project layouts and designs while following industry best practices with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with our senior engineering staff to produce accurate, high-quality design deliverables on schedule.
- Support our team by verifying field conditions and helping to resolve technical challenges that arise during the construction phase, which may occasionally involve short or long-term field assignments.

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid foundation in civil engineering and a proactive approach to your work. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience in the field.
- A current Professional Engineer (PE) registration, or the ability to obtain your registration within one year of joining us.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D. Experience with MicroStation is considered a plus.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, as you will be communicating with internal teams and client representatives.
- Full authorization to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
- Fluency in English.
