We are Manta, a forward-thinking technology firm dedicated to building the infrastructure and applications that define the future of Web3. As we enter a pivotal phase of growth, we are preparing to roll out several high-quality applications. We are looking for a visionary, execution-focused Chief Technology Officer to join our team and spearhead the implementation of our technical roadmap.
What you'll be doing
- You will define our technical direction and system architecture, ensuring that we build systems that are scalable, stable, and secure.
- You will lead and inspire our engineering team, which includes frontend, backend, DevOps, and blockchain specialists.
- You will plan and execute our technical roadmap, working closely with our founder to ensure we deliver our product extensions on time.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a deep background in Web3 and blockchain technology. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership position within the Web3 sector.
- Expertise in smart contracts, off-chain infrastructure, and Layer 1 or Layer 2 technologies.
- Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Rust, Solidity, Go, or TypeScript.
- Strong skills in team management and cross-functional communication, with the ability to motivate others in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and the ability to thrive in an international, remote setting.
- Bonus points if you have a track record of taking Web3 products from 0 to 1 or have previous startup experience as a core technical leader.
