We are looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer to lead our engineering division, drive innovation, and shape the future of our technology strategy from our hybrid-first office in Canada.
Responsibilities
- Create and implement a technology roadmap that directly supports our company vision and long-term goals.
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering team that values accountability and continuous improvement.
- Partner with our Chief Product Officer to ensure our technical initiatives and product development are perfectly synchronized.
- Champion best practices in software architecture, design, and development to deliver high-quality, customer-facing solutions.
- Refine engineering workflows and implement key performance indicators to boost productivity and operational efficiency.
- Oversee our cloud infrastructure and hosting models to ensure top-tier scalability, security, and performance while managing costs.
- Serve as a bridge between technical teams and executive leadership to ensure technology remains a core driver of our business objectives.
Must-haves
- At least 15 years of experience in the field, with a proven track record in a C-level engineering role at a global B2B SaaS company.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Deep expertise in software architecture, engineering, and development across both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Comprehensive understanding of security best practices, cloud computing, and infrastructure management.
- Strong leadership skills with a history of building and managing high-performing, agile teams.
- Excellent communication abilities to influence stakeholders at every level of the organization.
- A strategic mindset capable of turning complex business needs into actionable technical plans.
- Fluency in English.
