Key outcomes
- Define and execute a technical vision that aligns with our long-term business goals and market opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire our engineering organization, which consists of over 120 talented professionals across engineering, design, and product management.
- Oversee our technical strategy to ensure that our platform remains scalable, reliable, and secure while integrating AI-driven innovation at every level.
- Collaborate closely with the management team to balance rapid innovation with operational excellence.
- Develop a robust talent strategy to attract, retain, and grow the engineering team while fostering a culture of openness and continuous improvement.
- Manage the engineering budget and infrastructure decisions to optimize performance and resource allocation.
- Champion agile methodologies and software engineering best practices to deliver high-quality, user-centric products.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of experience in executive leadership roles, ideally as a CTO or VP of Engineering within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven success in leading engineering organizations through phases of significant growth and technical transformation.
- Deep expertise in aligning complex technology strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
- A strong track record of building and developing high-performing, diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to inspire both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for innovation and a customer-first mindset.
