• Define and execute a technical vision that aligns with our long-term business goals and market opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire our engineering organization, which consists of over 120 talented professionals across engineering, design, and product management.
• Oversee our technical strategy to ensure that our platform remains scalable, reliable, and secure while integrating AI-driven innovation at every level.
• Collaborate closely with the management team to balance rapid innovation with operational excellence.
• Develop a robust talent strategy to attract, retain, and grow the engineering team while fostering a culture of openness and continuous improvement.
• Manage the engineering budget and infrastructure decisions to optimize performance and resource allocation.
• Champion agile methodologies and software engineering best practices to deliver high-quality, user-centric products.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in executive leadership roles, ideally as a CTO or VP of Engineering within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven success in leading engineering organizations through phases of significant growth and technical transformation.
• Deep expertise in aligning complex technology strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
• A strong track record of building and developing high-performing, diverse teams.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to inspire both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for innovation and a customer-first mindset.
