Role at a glance

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer to join our executive team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located in the United States, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Estonia, Portugal, France, Sweden, Denmark, Switzerland, or Canada. You will be responsible for guiding our engineering strategy as we enter our next phase of growth following our Series B funding.

Your impact

• Lead the end-to-end development of our technology stack, including our software products, machine learning models, and internal platforms.
• Partner with our VP of Product and Strategy to translate customer needs into bold, high-impact engineering initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive global engineering team that thrives in a remote environment.

What you'll need

You are an entrepreneurial leader with a proven track record of scaling engineering teams through the Series A to Series C journey. You possess a deep understanding of software development, AI, and remote sensing, and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced, VC-backed startup environment. You should be a clear communicator who values empathy, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit. Proficiency in English is required, and you must have experience managing large, distributed teams.
