At Teikametrics we build an AI-powered Marketplace Optimization Platform that helps sellers and brand owners maximize profitability on the world’s largest marketplaces. Founded in 2015, our technology already optimizes more than $8 billion in GMV for thousands of sellers, including well-known brands such as Munchkin, Clarks, Nutribullet, Conair, Nutrafol, and Solo Stove. We are now scaling rapidly beyond $100M ARR and are looking for an experienced technology leader to guide the next phase of growth.
The role
We are hiring a Chief Technology Officer on a full-time, remote basis. The position is an executive-level role that reports directly to the CEO and combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership of our global engineering organization.
Core responsibilities
- Simplify and expand our infrastructure by designing and deploying scalable micro-services built on modern serverless and NoSQL cloud technologies.
- Partner with Product and senior leadership to define and execute the technology roadmap that will support our growth from $50M to $100M ARR.
- Scale data pipelines across major marketplaces including Amazon, Walmart, Meta, TikTok, Google, and Shopify while leading and developing a globally distributed engineering team of more than 100 engineers across the US and India.
Skills and experience
- 10–15+ years building SaaS products and leading engineering teams in Big Data environments, ideally within consumer retail or banking.
- A Computer Science degree from a leading technical institution.
- Deep technical expertise in scalable micro-services and the latest cloud-native technologies.
- Proven success leading 100+ engineers at high-growth SaaS companies.
- Experience managing distributed teams with an established presence in India.
- English fluency is required.
