What is this role?

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer to join us in a full-time, executive capacity. This is a hybrid role based in Canada where you will report directly to our CEO. You will be at the helm of our engineering division, responsible for setting our technological vision and ensuring our development efforts align perfectly with our broader business goals. This position is ideal for a seasoned leader with at least 15 years of experience who is ready to drive innovation within a global B2B SaaS environment.

What will you do?

• Develop and execute our technology roadmap while exploring emerging technologies to keep us at the forefront of the industry.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Partner closely with the Chief Product Officer to design customer-facing solutions and ensure our cloud infrastructure remains scalable, secure, and efficient.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with an advanced degree being a plus.
• A proven track record in a C-level engineering role within a global B2B SaaS company.
• Extensive expertise in software architecture, cloud computing, and security best practices.
• Strong leadership skills with a history of mentoring teams in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Fluency in English.
