Role at a glance

We are searching for a seasoned Chief Product Officer to join our executive team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is an executive-level position intended for an experienced strategist who is ready to shape the future of our product offerings. You will work from anywhere while reporting directly to our CEO, guiding the evolution of our platform to better serve both our patients and our network of licensed therapists.

Your impact

• Champion our Product-Led Growth strategy by overseeing the vision, roadmap, and execution of our consumer and therapeutic product suites.
• Lead and mentor our product and design teams, fostering a culture of innovation, agile development, and high-performance collaboration with engineering and data science departments.
• Drive business impact by utilizing data-driven insights to optimize the user journey, improve retention, and ensure our platform remains a secure, HIPAA-compliant leader in the digital health industry.

What you'll need

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Over 15 years of experience in product management, specifically with a history of scaling innovative products from conception to market success.
• At least 8 years of experience in hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leadership teams.
• Strong expertise in user research, design thinking, and leveraging advanced technologies like LLMs to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product strategy to stakeholders, board members, and C-level executives.
• An MBA and previous experience in the digital health sector are highly preferred.
