The role
We are looking for a visionary Chief Product Officer to join our executive team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact, executive-level position reporting directly to our CEO. You will be responsible for shaping our product-led growth strategy and ensuring our digital offerings remain at the forefront of the behavioral health industry. We need a seasoned leader who can bridge the gap between complex technical innovation and the compassionate, human-centric needs of our patients and providers.
Core responsibilities
- Own the comprehensive product vision and roadmap, effectively communicating our strategic direction to the board, C-level stakeholders, and the entire organization.
- Lead and mentor our product and design teams, fostering a culture of high performance, innovation, and agile execution to meet our revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
- Drive a data-driven product strategy that optimizes the user journey, implements effective freemium models, and leverages emerging technologies like LLMs to enhance clinical outcomes.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring a deep background in product management and a passion for digital health. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Over 15 years of experience in product management, including a proven history of scaling products from conception to market leadership.
- At least 8 years of experience in hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leadership teams.
- Strong expertise in user research, design thinking, and utilizing data-driven insights to solve complex problems.
- A portfolio demonstrating your ability to navigate technical challenges, such as working with medical data sets or advanced AI technologies.
- An MBA and prior experience in the digital health sector are highly preferred.
