What you bring
As our Chief Product Officer, you will serve as a vital member of our executive leadership team, responsible for defining and executing our product vision, strategy, and roadmap. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in our Burlington office, where you will be expected to work on-site three days a week. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing team of product managers and UX designers to deliver world-class software solutions.
- Developing and communicating a compelling product strategy that aligns with our business goals while managing the end-to-end product development lifecycle.
- Partnering across the organization with sales, marketing, and engineering to ensure our products solve real-world security challenges and resonate with our global customer base.
Requirements
We are looking for an executive-level leader who possesses a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and a proven track record of bringing complex cloud software products to market. You should have at least 15 years of experience in product management, including a minimum of 5 years in a C-level role. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with an analytical mindset and exceptional storytelling abilities. You must be fluent in English and demonstrate expertise in agile development methodologies and product lifecycle management.
