We are looking for a high-impact leader to join our mission-driven team and help us scale our impact as we strive to ensure every cardiac arrest victim has rapid access to life-saving care.

Role at a glance

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to join us in a full-time, senior-level capacity. This position is based in the United States and operates on a hybrid work model. You will report directly to our CEO and work in close partnership with our President and COO to drive critical business initiatives across our entire organization.

Your impact

• Lead high-priority strategic initiatives from initial concept through to successful execution.
• Serve as a primary liaison between our founders, the Board of Directors, and our leadership team to ensure seamless communication and effective decision-making.
• Manage our company-wide planning processes, holding teams accountable to their objectives and ensuring our operational goals remain on track.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive problem solver with a deep commitment to operational excellence. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• At least 3 years of experience in a Chief of Staff or similar executive support role.
• Exceptional analytical thinking and project management skills.
• Strong communication abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• A demonstrated ability to handle strategic planning with a maniacal attention to detail.
• A BA or BS degree.
• Fluency in English.

Perks and compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000. In addition to competitive pay, we offer the following benefit:
