About the Role
We are looking for a Chief of Staff to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a high-impact, hands-on operating role where you will work directly alongside our two co-CEOs. Rather than simply tracking projects, you will be expected to take ownership of complex priorities, step in to manage initiatives directly, and build essential capacity models for our delivery teams. This position is ideal for an operator who thrives on variety and is comfortable navigating both high-level strategy and detailed execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of ambiguous, underspecified problems and independently scope a path to resolution.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive staffing and capacity model to guide our internal resourcing decisions.
- Produce high-quality, bottom-line-first communications, memos, and briefs for our co-CEOs while utilizing AI tools to accelerate your output.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess 3 to 6 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or a comparable operating position. You must demonstrate a proven ability to use AI to complete real-world tasks and show a strong aptitude for financial analysis. We value candidates who write with clarity, speak directly, and possess the judgment to act decisively under ambiguity. You should be comfortable operating in senior executive environments while remaining equally willing to handle necessary grunt work. A track record of finishing projects independently is essential.
Location
This is a remote position based in Canada. Because this role requires frequent, synchronous context transfer with our leadership team, you should be available to work in alignment with the EST time zone.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this position is C$99,000 to C$125,000. In addition to competitive pay, we support our team members with the following benefits:
- Unlimited vacation policy.
- The flexibility of a remote work environment.
