What is this role?

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level position where you will serve as a trusted partner to our executive leadership. You will report directly to our Chief Strategy Officer and work on-site in either our Paris or New York City office. Your primary goal is to act as a force multiplier for our leadership team by driving operational excellence and ensuring our strategic priorities are executed effectively across the organization.

What will you do?

• Manage investor relations by preparing impactful board materials, tracking performance metrics, and refining our investment narrative.
• Lead internal corporate communications to ensure our strategy and cultural values are clearly conveyed through company-wide updates, meetings, and newsletters.
• Oversee high-impact, cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring that key milestones are met and that teams remain aligned on our masterplan and OKRs.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong business acumen and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or operations, ideally within the SaaS or cybersecurity sectors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a natural talent for storytelling.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects independently while collaborating effectively with senior leadership.
• Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in French is considered a plus.
• A bachelor’s degree is expected, though an advanced degree is highly valued.

What's in it for you?

For candidates based in the United States, the base salary range for this position is USD 150,000 to USD 180,000. Our hiring process begins with a conversation with our Talent Acquisition Manager, followed by meetings with our Chief Strategy Officer, a case study presentation, interviews with key internal stakeholders, and a final meeting with our CEO.
