What you'll be doing

• Facilitate Engineering Leadership: You will manage weekly engineering staff meetings and oversee quarterly and annual offsites to foster collaboration, track project progress, and maintain high team morale.
• Drive Communications: You will act as a primary bridge for the CTO, drafting internal memos, preparing executive and board presentations, and setting the agenda for company-wide engineering meetings.
• Execute Strategic Initiatives: You will support the CTO by conducting research, performing data analysis, and collaborating with finance and recruiting teams to ensure our technology organization remains aligned with our budget and scaling goals.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should possess a blend of strong analytical and interpersonal skills, along with a deep curiosity about technology. We are looking for someone who can lead through influence and act as a strategic partner to our leadership team.

• Six to ten years of experience in a Chief of Staff, business management, director, or marketing capacity.
• At least three years of experience in roles requiring a mix of analytical and interpersonal expertise, such as consulting, product management, or venture investing.
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate our business goals and technical progress.
• Proven ability to manage multiple departments and drive efficient productivity across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in data analysis and budget management.
• A self-starting, team-oriented mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from complex information.

What you'll get

The annual salary range for this position is $170,000 to $180,000, plus a bonus. Final offers are determined based on your unique expertise, geography, and experience.
