Are you ready to help transform the landscape of primary care by supporting the strategic vision of our technology leadership? At Aledade, we are a public benefit corporation dedicated to empowering independent primary care practices. Since our founding in 2014, we have grown into the largest network of its kind in the country, helping clinics thrive in value-based care models. We invite you to join our collaborative, remote-first team as we work to ensure that healthcare is better for patients, providers, and society as a whole.
What you bring
As our Chief of Staff for Technology, you will serve as a vital partner to our Chief Technology Officer, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence across our organization. This is a full-time, executive-level role that can be performed remotely from anywhere in the US, or from our office locations in Durham, New York, Austin, or Bethesda. You will be responsible for the following:
- Acting as a strategic thought partner to the CTO to identify emerging priorities and ensure team alignment on core goals.
- Managing critical programs by coordinating across product, tech, and business teams to plan, execute, and de-risk complex work.
- Overseeing operational support for the technology organization, including employee engagement, development initiatives, and the maintenance of internal policies.
Requirements
We are looking for a highly organized problem solver who possesses a structured and systematic approach to work. You should have at least 12 years of professional experience within a large team, ideally with a background in a chief of staff or client service capacity. A Bachelor’s degree is required, while an MBA or Master’s degree is strongly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, a track record of effective stakeholder management, and proficiency in data manipulation. A deep understanding of project management principles, potentially supported by a PMP or LEAN certification, is highly valued. You must be comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment where you can pivot quickly and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
What we offer
We believe in supporting the overall well-being of our team members through a comprehensive benefits package designed to foster balance and professional growth. Our perks include:
- Flexible work schedules and remote work options.
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
- A robust paid time off plan, including 11 paid holidays and two volunteer days.
- 12 weeks of paid parental leave for all new parents.
- A 401k plan with a company match of up to 4%.
- Stock options to share in our success.
- Professional development opportunities, including an educational assistance program.
- A six-week paid sabbatical after six years of service.
