The role
We are hiring a full-time Chief of Staff to Engineering at the senior level. You will work on-site with the SVP of Engineering and the broader leadership team to keep strategy, operations, and execution tightly aligned.
Core responsibilities
- Lead annual and quarterly planning across Engineering, translating company priorities into clear OKRs and execution roadmaps while tracking progress through regular cross-functional reviews.
- Run the operational rhythm of the organization by owning leadership meetings, all-hands, QBRs, postmortems, and planning cycles, and by partnering with Finance and HR on headcount, budgeting, and org design.
- Serve as the primary communication bridge between the SVP and key stakeholders in Product, People, Comms, and Legal, drafting executive updates, board materials, and strategic communications that keep teams aligned.
Skills and experience
- 8–12+ years in strategic operations, product, consulting, or Chief of Staff roles, ideally within a fast-growing technology company, plus a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- At least five years of program management experience that includes strategic planning and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong understanding of how engineering organizations operate, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
- English fluency is required.
Compensation and benefits
The salary range for this position is $266,263–$307,987 USD.
