The role
We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join our executive team on a full-time, remote basis. This is an executive-level position for a strategic leader who can translate complex cloud infrastructure concepts into compelling narratives. You will report directly to our CEO and play a central role in shaping our brand evolution, driving our product-led sales motion, and leading our global marketing strategy.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and execute a bold, data-driven marketing vision that aligns with our long-term business objectives and strengthens our market leadership.
- Lead omni-channel demand generation strategies across enterprise, partner, and product-led sales channels to drive sustainable growth and measurable ROI.
- Foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture while collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, and engineering to ensure our brand messaging resonates with both technical and business audiences.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Over 15 years of experience in transformative marketing, ideally within scale-up, technology-driven environments.
- Deep expertise in the cloud industry, with a proven ability to turn complex technical solutions into clear, market-defining stories.
- Strong proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Storytelling, and Data-Driven decision making.
- A track record of building and empowering agile, diverse, and global teams.
- Fluency in English is required to effectively communicate our vision across our global organization.
