What you'll be doing

• You will design, implement, and oversee an enterprise-wide information security and risk management program while ensuring full alignment with our organizational goals and partner needs.
• You will take the lead on maintaining compliance with critical healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA, HITRUST, and NIST.
• You will manage our incident response planning, conduct security assessments for third-party vendors, and champion a culture of security awareness across our entire organization.

What you'll bring

You are a seasoned leader with a strategic vision and a practical approach to security. To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field, with a Master’s degree being a plus.
• At least 7 years of experience in IT enterprise and infrastructure, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership positions.
• 5+ years of operational experience specifically within a healthcare environment.
• Deep expertise in technical infrastructure security, data protection, and the application of Federal and State privacy laws.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements for a diverse range of stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Fluency in English.

What you'll get
