We are looking for a Chief Information Security Officer to join our remote, global team of over 900 colleagues. This is a full-time executive role where you will help us scale our impact while ensuring our security strategy remains world-class.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive our global information security roadmap, strategy, and execution to protect our enterprise-wide operations.
- Architect programs that evaluate and enhance our security policies while managing the security perimeter through active monitoring, remediation, and auditing.
- Partner with our engineering and product teams to ensure that security is treated as a core requirement during every stage of the product development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Approximately 10 years of experience leading security teams with a focus on cybersecurity, identity management, software security, GRC, and security operations.
- Proven track record of leading complex audits and certifications, such as SOC 2, HITRUST, or FedRAMP.
- Deep familiarity with IT risk management frameworks, including ISO 27001 and NIST CSF.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate technical security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across a fast-paced organization.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP or CISM are preferred.
