- You will oversee the implementation and compliance of critical GxP systems, commercial CRM platforms, and enterprise-wide ERP and HRIS solutions while ensuring robust cybersecurity and global infrastructure.
- You will build and lead a high-performing global IT organization, establishing the processes and governance required to scale our operations and provide reliable, customer-focused service across all departments.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Over 15 years of IT leadership experience, specifically within the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sectors.
- A proven track record of scaling IT organizations and enterprise systems to support global business expansion.
- Deep expertise in GxP IT systems, regulatory validation, and the management of commercial IT platforms like CRM and data hubs.
- Experience managing Finance and HRIS implementations within a public company environment, including a strong grasp of SOX compliance.
- Exceptional leadership skills and a strong boardroom presence, with the ability to communicate effectively with our Executive Team and Board of Directors.
- Fluency in English.
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach to problem-solving and a passion for driving digital innovation.

We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every employee can thrive. As a member of our leadership team, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead the digital transformation of a clinical-stage company at the forefront of medical science.
- Serve as a key strategic partner to our Executive Team, influencing our long-term commercial and operational success.
- Build and shape a global IT department from the ground up, implementing modern technologies that directly impact patient outcomes.
