What is this role?

We are searching for a Chief Architect to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a senior-level position designed for an individual who can balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on technical contribution. You will be the primary voice for our technical direction, ensuring our engineering efforts remain scalable, secure, and aligned with our product roadmap.

What will you do?

• Provide high-level technical leadership by defining our architectural vision, mentoring engineering teams, and ensuring our strategies directly support our product goals.
• Lead the execution of complex projects, which includes making critical decisions on technical implementation, overseeing product change proposals, and maintaining detailed architectural documentation.
• Apply deep expertise in blockchain architecture, game theory, and distributed systems to design robust solutions that address both internal development needs and unique customer requirements.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in software architecture and a passion for decentralized systems. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in architecture and systems design, including a proven history of managing complex projects.
• Deep technical knowledge of Layer 1 and Layer 2 blockchain solutions, smart contract development, and the application of game theory to token economics.
• Demonstrable experience in scaling high-availability distributed systems within both on-premise and SaaS environments.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative leadership style that prioritizes mentorship, active listening, and the fostering of an inclusive, innovative team culture.
