We are looking for a passionate Chief Architect to join our team and help us continue to innovate within the 500 billion dollar hotel industry.

What you'll be doing

• You will create a comprehensive technology roadmap that aligns with our business goals, focusing on optimizing our stack while prioritizing system resilience, scalability, and security.
• You will define architectural standards and principles that promote maintainability and performance across our real-time data processing pipelines and diverse software applications.
• You will lead by example by participating in code reviews, design sessions, and hands-on troubleshooting to resolve complex technical challenges alongside your engineering colleagues.

What you'll bring

We are looking for an executive-level leader with over 10 years of experience in software engineering, specifically in roles where you have acted as a hands-on technical lead or architect. You should be fluent in English and possess the following qualifications:

• Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Java, microservice architectures, queuing technologies like Kafka or SQS, and data stores such as Cassandra, RDS, or Neo4J.
• Cloud and Infrastructure: Proficiency in Elastic Search, Spark, modern web application design, API strategies, and cloud-native architectures on platforms like AWS or GCP. You should also have practical experience with Infrastructure as Code and serverless technologies.
• Leadership: A proven ability to inspire technical teams through mentorship, clear communication, and a collaborative approach to solving complex problems.
