About the Role
We are hiring a Chemical Systems Project Manager / Superintendent for a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will serve as the primary lead for the installation, commissioning, and turnover of semiconductor chemical delivery systems. You will bridge the gap between project management and field operations, ensuring that all work is completed safely, on schedule, and in strict accordance with industry standards and client specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full scope, budget, and schedule for semiconductor chemical systems, including bulk and specialty chemical distribution.
- Coordinate directly with design teams, clients, and general contractors to resolve constructability issues and maintain project momentum.
- Enforce rigorous safety protocols and conduct job hazard analyses to promote a culture of safety within high-risk chemical environments.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a proven track record of increasing responsibility. Our requirements include:
- At least 10 years of experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or gas and oil facility construction.
- Deep knowledge of high-purity piping systems, cleanroom environments, and relevant industrial codes and SEMI standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document control practices.
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture is preferred, though equivalent field experience will be considered.
- Authorization to work in the United States is required.
Location
This position is based in West Lafayette, Indiana. While local candidates are highly preferred, we may offer a relocation package for outstanding applicants.
