About the Role
We are looking for a Chemical Data Annotation Specialist to join our team in a part-time capacity. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience with technical data. In this role, you will focus on manually labeling and structuring technical datasheets provided by chemical suppliers to ensure they are ready for our web platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Label and organize customer data to ensure it is properly prepared for ingestion into our specialized software.
- Apply your knowledge of chemistry or material science to accurately interpret and structure technical documentation.
- Support our broader goal of making complex laboratory information more accessible to researchers worldwide.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should possess a strong interest in technology startups and have a background that includes the following:
- Practical experience or academic coursework in lab science or chemistry.
- A solid level of proficiency when working with Microsoft Excel.
- Pre-existing authorization to work within the United States.
Location
This position is fully remote. You are welcome to work from anywhere within the United States.
Compensation and Benefits
