The role

We are looking for a Chef De Rang to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a mid-level position perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in the daily operations of our restaurant. You will be responsible for managing your own section and ensuring that our guests receive the professional, friendly service that defines the Eden Hotel Collection.

Core responsibilities

• Take ownership of your designated floor section to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead by example to inspire the team, providing clear communication and confidence during busy shifts.
• Assist our management team with the ongoing training and professional development of our staff members.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should be a professional who is truly dedicated to the art of hospitality. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

• Proven experience working in the hospitality industry, ideally within a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with both guests and colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and the legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
