The opportunity

As our new Chargé de recrutement, you will play a vital role in our expansion by identifying and attracting top-tier talent. Reporting to the Group Recruitment Director, you will act as a bridge between our recruitment team and our technical and commercial departments. This is a full-time position where you will focus on the strategic art of sourcing, ensuring that we connect with the best professionals in the digital industry to support our ongoing projects.

A day in the life

• You will partner with our recruiters to deeply understand our hiring needs and define clear, effective candidate profiles for our open roles.
• You will actively use professional social networks, databases, and various job platforms to source and engage with qualified candidates who are open to new opportunities.
• You will conduct initial outreach to assess candidate motivations, skills, and availability, ultimately presenting your top selections to the team for further interviews.

Who you are

You are a mid-level professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You possess a degree in human resources, work psychology, or a related field, and you have a solid background in sourcing, ideally within the technology or digital sector. You are comfortable working autonomously, yet you value the power of team collaboration. Because we operate in a global context, you must have excellent communication skills in French. You are naturally curious, innovative, and eager to contribute to the growth of our brand.
