About the Role

We are seeking a Chargé de recrutement to join us on a full-time, hybrid basis. This mid-level position is based in Marrakech and reports directly to the Group Recruitment Director. In this role, you will be a vital member of our recruitment team, working closely with our technical and commercial departments to identify, attract, and select top-tier candidates who align with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal recruiters to gain a deep understanding of our hiring needs and define clear, effective candidate profiles.
• Utilize advanced sourcing tools, professional social networks, and internal databases to proactively identify and engage qualified talent.
• Manage initial outreach to potential candidates to assess their skills, motivations, and availability before presenting them to the recruitment team for interviews.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A degree in Human Resources, Work Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in candidate sourcing, ideally within the technology or digital sectors.
• Strong proficiency in online sourcing methodologies, professional networking platforms, and talent databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French.
• The ability to work with a high degree of autonomy while remaining a collaborative team player.
• A genuine passion for innovation and a strong desire to contribute to the expansion of Ippon Technologies.
