Role at a glance
We are looking for a Mid-Level Recruitment Specialist to join us on a full-time basis. This role is based in Marrakech and offers a hybrid work environment, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities with flexibility. You will report directly to the Group Recruitment Director and work closely with our technical and commercial teams to drive our talent strategy forward.
Your impact
- Identify and attract top-tier talent by utilizing advanced sourcing methods, professional social networks, and internal databases.
- Partner with our recruiters to define clear job profiles and initiate meaningful first contacts with potential candidates to assess their motivations and skills.
- Actively contribute to our employer brand and help refine our recruitment processes to ensure we remain at the forefront of the industry.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should possess a degree in Human Resources, work psychology, or a related field. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualities:
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing, ideally within the technology or digital sectors.
- Strong command of online sourcing techniques, professional social media platforms, and talent databases.
- Excellent French communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A self-starting attitude combined with a natural ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- A genuine passion for innovation and a desire to contribute to the ongoing growth of Ippon Technologies.
