The role

We are looking for a Senior Channel Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position ideal for a seasoned professional who excels at building relationships and driving results within a complex channel ecosystem. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach by managing and growing our network of partners, ensuring that our cybersecurity solutions are effectively positioned to meet the needs of their customers.

Core responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing partners while actively recruiting and onboarding new regional partners.
  • Drive revenue growth by supporting partner sales calls, articulating the value of our cybersecurity solutions, and fostering deep partner loyalty.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans that include joint account collaboration, deal registration targets, and consistent performance reporting.

Skills and experience

  • At least 8 years of combined experience in sales and the cybersecurity industry, including 3 or more years specifically in channel sales.
  • A solid grasp of cybersecurity concepts and a proven ability to translate technical features into clear business benefits.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and G Suite, along with strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work effectively in a self-directed, remote environment.
  • Comfort with 50 to 75 percent travel and familiarity with Zoom for virtual collaboration.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
