We are IceWarp, a Czech company delivering unified communication tools used by more than 50 million people around the world. Our platform competes directly with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 by combining email, team chat, video conferencing, calendar, contacts, and document collaboration in a single environment that runs in the cloud or on-premises.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with distributors and channel partners across Southern Europe to increase IceWarp’s market reach.
Work with senior leadership to shape and carry out channel strategies that drive measurable revenue growth.
Use CRM tools such as SFDC to track opportunities, support partners through the sales cycle, and keep the pipeline healthy.
Coordinate with Marketing, Development, Support, and Customer Success teams to align messaging and ensure smooth onboarding for partner-sourced customers.
Equip partners with training and resources so they can confidently promote and sell IceWarp solutions.
Monitor channel performance metrics, analyze results, and adjust tactics to improve outcomes.
Gather ongoing feedback from partners and end users to refine offerings and respond to market needs.

Must-haves

At least three years of experience in SaaS channel sales, with established contacts in the Italian or Spanish markets.
Fluency in both English and Spanish for written and spoken communication.
Proven ability to work independently while staying aligned with an internal sales team.
Willingness to travel as required by partner activities.
Clear understanding of cloud-based technologies and deployment models.
