Spreetail is looking for a Channel Performance Team Lead
Spreetail is a rapidly growing ecommerce company dedicated to helping brands expand their global market share while optimizing operational costs. We are looking for a Channel Performance Team Lead to join our team as a contractor in a remote capacity, where you will guide our staff and drive operational excellence to ensure our continued success.
Responsibilities
- Mentor and coach team members to maintain high-quality output, manage balanced workloads, and meet service level agreements.
- Take ownership of operational tasks, including capacity planning, performance management, and task delegation.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders by reporting on trends, escalating potential risks, and executing strategic plans.
- Identify and lead process improvements to support cross-functional alignment and long-term scalability.
- Analyze performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Must-haves
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract meaningful insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and logical formulas.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and follow through with stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of customer systems and how service processes integrate across various channels.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in an agile environment.
- Fluency in English.
- A reliable home office setup, including a high-speed wired internet connection, a 720p HD webcam, a headset, and dual monitors.
