What is this role?
We are looking for a Channel Account Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position that operates in a hybrid work environment. You will play a vital role in managing the growth, onboarding, and enablement of our key reseller partners. If you have a background in physical security and a drive to hit revenue targets, this role offers a great opportunity to help shape our channel strategy.
What will you do?
- Develop and nurture strong working relationships with assigned reseller partners to ensure we exceed our revenue goals.
- Collaborate with our internal sales teams to identify new opportunities, create accurate sales forecasts, and remove any obstacles to success.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training for partner executives and technical staff regarding our products, programs, and marketing campaigns.
