Change & Training Trainee, Transformation at AIESEC Zurich

We are looking for a motivated student to join our team in Switzerland as a Change & Training Trainee for our ongoing Transformation project. At Mondelez International, our growth strategy relies on large-scale transformational initiatives that integrate our systems, processes, and organizational culture across Europe. As part of this internship, you will work directly with our BPE Change Leader and cross-functional teams to support the implementation of vital change and training activities that help thousands of our employees adapt to new ways of working.

What you'll be doing

• You will assist in the development of our business change and training strategies, which includes helping to define budgets, facilitating communication across different countries and functions, and sharing best practices throughout the organization.
• You will take an active role in vendor management by participating in the selection of training providers, supervising consultants, and monitoring the quality, budget, and timelines of our training materials.
• You will support our central and area teams by organizing meetings, preparing presentations, managing surveys, co-delivering training sessions, and tracking the progress of our various project deliverables.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should be a student with a strong interest in project management and organizational change. We are looking for someone who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

• A solid understanding of Project Management, Strategy Planning, and Change Management principles.
• Experience or a strong interest in Vendor Management and Training Delivery.
• Excellent Communication skills, as you will be coordinating with various stakeholders across Europe.
• The ability to handle Monitoring tasks, such as tracking project progress and managing documentation.
• Fluency in English to effectively collaborate with our international teams.
