Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Certification Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This is a pivotal role for someone with extensive experience in regulatory compliance who wants to take ownership of our product certification strategies within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Your impact
- Lead the end-to-end certification strategy for new products, ensuring we meet all global compliance standards while managing project timelines.
- Coordinate directly with third-party laboratories to conduct testing and ensure our products are fully prepared for regulatory approval.
- Proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks throughout the project lifecycle while keeping cross-functional teams aligned on status and requirements.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of professional experience in compliance, specifically with wireless products, safety, and EMC certifications.
- A strong technical background, ideally with a BSEE degree, and hands-on experience with technologies like WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, and LTE.
- The ability to translate complex reference standards into actionable product requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently.
- Proficiency using Microsoft and Google Suite for documentation and project management.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across various departments.
