We are looking for a Central Field Marketing Specialist to join our remote team and help us drive growth across the central region.
What you'll be doing
- Manage and execute regional marketing programs, including in-person conferences, virtual events, email campaigns, and targeted account-based marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to ensure your programs generate high-quality pipeline and track the effectiveness of your efforts through regular reporting.
- Represent the dbt Labs brand by traveling throughout your assigned region to engage with our community and customers at various events.
What you'll bring
- One to two years of experience in B2B software marketing.
- Demonstrable experience in project management and executing successful events.
- Proficiency with marketing and sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Splash.
- Strong organizational skills using platforms like Asana and Notion.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a fully remote, distributed team.
- A willingness to travel on a monthly basis.
- Current physical residency in the central United States, with a preference for candidates based in Texas or Illinois.
- Fluency in English.
What you'll get
The salary range for this position is $98,000 to $111,000 OTE.
