We are looking for a Central Field Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This role is ideal for a junior-level marketer who is ready to drive growth, collaborate with regional sales leaders, and represent our brand in the field.
Key outcomes
- Manage and execute regional marketing initiatives, including in-person conferences, virtual events, and targeted email campaigns.
- Create and deploy landing pages and email sequences to boost engagement for your regional programs.
- Partner with sales and marketing stakeholders to ensure event follow-up effectively meets quarterly pipeline goals.
- Analyze the performance of your marketing programs and present key insights and results to the broader team.
- Maintain organized documentation and project tracking using Asana and Notion.
- Travel monthly to represent dbt Labs at various in-person events throughout your assigned region.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in B2B software marketing.
- Proven ability to execute events and work asynchronously within a fully remote, distributed team.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Splash.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to travel on a monthly basis.
- Must be physically located in one of the following states: Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, or Wisconsin.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience in field marketing specifically focused on supporting a sales team.
- Background in vertical marketing or Account Based Marketing.
- Experience designing and launching marketing campaigns tailored for an executive-level audience.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $98,000 to $111,000 OTE. In addition to salary, we provide an equity stake and a comprehensive benefits package, which includes unlimited vacation, a 401k plan with a 3% guaranteed contribution, medical insurance, paid parental leave, and stipends for wellness and home office needs.
