The role

We are looking for a Senior Cellphone Repair Technician to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional who enjoys working independently and takes pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship. You will serve as the face of our company, traveling to various locations to restore mobile devices for our growing customer base.

Core responsibilities

• Perform expert in-home and in-office repairs for cracked cell phone screens, ensuring every device is restored to optimal condition.
• Manage client equipment securely and maintain a professional presence while traveling within a 30-mile radius of the 33101 area.
• Complete approximately five service calls per day, working in structured two-hour increments between the hours of 9am and 7pm.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this position, you must possess a strong background in mobile hardware. We require the following qualifications:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience specifically in cell phone screen repair.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is a mandatory requirement for this role, as you will be communicating directly with our diverse clientele.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record, as this position requires an enhanced screening and an MVR check.
• The ability to manage your own schedule and travel efficiently throughout the designated service region.

Compensation and benefits

This position includes compensation that accounts for both your time and your travel expenses, with mileage costs integrated directly into your service rate.
