Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Causal Inference Analyst to join our Growth team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a senior-level position for someone who thrives on turning complex data into actionable product strategies. You can work from anywhere within the UTC -5 to +2 time zone range.

Your impact

• Design, implement, and analyze experiments to evaluate the causal impact of new product features, promotional campaigns, and operational changes.
• Collaborate directly with product and operations teams to generate insights, build machine learning models, and identify key drivers for user growth.
• Take full ownership of the analytics lifecycle, from scoping and hypothesis generation to communicating findings to stakeholders.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you should be a self-starter who is passionate about finding answers within large datasets. You will need:

• At least 5 years of experience in applied data analytics, with a proven track record of running product A/B tests and field experiments.
• Deep expertise in statistics, econometrics, and causal inference methodologies, such as difference-in-differences or propensity score matching.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field like Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics. A Master’s or PhD is considered a plus.
• Fluency in English to collaborate effectively with our global team.
