Are you ready to join a team that is transforming sustainable consumption across Europe? Since 2017, we have grown into the continent’s fastest-growing marketplace for refurbished products. We operate in 12 countries and have surpassed two billion euros in GMV while maintaining profitability. Our mission is to make sustainable shopping the easy choice, helping customers save money while significantly reducing CO2 emissions. We are a remote-first company with over 250 employees, and we take pride in being recognized as a top employer in the DACH region for three years in a row.
What you bring
As a Senior Category & Sales Marketing Analyst, you will be a vital link between our commercial foundations and our marketing strategy. You will work in a full-time capacity to drive growth across our various markets and product categories. Your primary responsibilities include the following:
- Driving multi-category growth by turning demand-side insights into actionable recommendations for budget allocation and prioritization.
- Managing end-to-end promotion operations, including the execution and optimization of voucher campaigns to ensure cost efficiency and commercial impact.
- Bridging the gap between our supply and marketing teams by aligning forecasts, stock data, and pricing inputs to ensure unified business priorities.
This position is available to candidates located anywhere in Europe, including the UK, provided you have a valid right to work.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who brings 2 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce, performance marketing, or commercial strategy. You should possess a strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive clear insights from complex datasets. Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, and Google Analytics is essential for success in this role. We value individuals who are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating parallel workstreams across different departments. A solid grasp of marketing operations and category management is required, and fluency in English is necessary for our international team. Experience with consumer electronics or marketplace operations is considered a significant advantage.
What we offer
We believe in fostering a high-performance culture that values ownership, momentum, and continuous learning. We provide a supportive environment where you can grow professionally and personally while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our benefits package includes:
- Full remote work flexibility with the option to visit our office in Vienna.
- A dedicated learning budget to support your professional development and training.
- Flexible working hours that allow you to manage your own schedule.
- A mental wellness budget and access to expert sessions for your personal health.
