About the Role
This is a full-time, mid-level position where you will serve as the vital link in positioning our bicycle assortment effectively in the market. You will work to keep us ahead of the competition at the product, category, and brand levels. By diving deep into customer needs and leveraging modern AI tools, you will drive visibility and growth. You will join our dedicated Category Team Bikes and play a key role in our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to inform our assortment choices and brand positioning.
- Collaborate with prominent brands and internal stakeholders to create effective, omnichannel promotional campaigns that maximize reach and conversion.
- Act as a brand ambassador for your category, identifying opportunities to boost traffic and ensuring a consistent, impactful message across our website and Superstores.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in marketing and a passion for retail. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- An HBO or WO level of education.
- Proven experience as a marketer within a retail environment, covering both online and offline channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies.
- A proactive, creative mindset and the ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in using AI and modern marketing tools to achieve measurable results.
- Fluency in both English and Dutch.
Location
This role is based in the Netherlands and offers a hybrid work model.
Compensation and Benefits
