What you bring
We are seeking a Senior Category Manager for Corporate Services Partnership Development to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis within the United States. In this role, you will play a vital part in our product organization by managing and enhancing our corporate services offerings. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for corporate services within our group purchasing organization framework.
- Leading end-to-end product development, from initial concept and requirement gathering to final launch and performance analysis.
- Driving cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and technology teams to ensure our solutions meet member needs and achieve market growth.
Requirements
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with at least seven years of experience in structuring complex commercial contracts and negotiating with corporate services suppliers. You should possess a strong background in product research and development, combined with an analytical mindset that uses data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be building relationships with stakeholders at all levels. We look for individuals who are comfortable working independently, demonstrate a growth mindset, and are willing to travel approximately 25% of the time. A bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is required, and an advanced degree is preferred.
