Casino Performance Manager at Betsson Group

Based in Malta, our team works at the forefront of the online gaming industry, managing a diverse portfolio of brands and products across multiple global regions. We are looking for a dedicated professional to help shape our strategic vision and drive the performance of our casino offerings to new heights.

What you'll be doing

• You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, including the Director of Gaming Performance and our heads of product and gaming insights, to execute strategic plans and communicate performance results across the organization.
• You will analyze player preferences and industry trends to work alongside external game suppliers, ensuring our product remains competitive while identifying opportunities for feature enhancements and gameplay optimization.
• You will drive continuous growth by implementing A/B testing, player segmentation, and personalization strategies, while also supporting our expansion into new markets to ensure a high-quality product launch.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a field such as statistics, mathematics, IT, or business management. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• You have roughly 2 to 3 years of experience in a managerial capacity within the iGaming sector.
• You are highly proficient in Excel and can handle complex data sets.
• It is a significant advantage if you have experience with SQL, Snowflake, or data visualization tools like Power BI.
• You have a strong technical foundation, and familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is highly valued.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms is beneficial for tracking and improving user behavior.
• You are fluent in English and ready to work on-site in our Malta office.
