The opportunity
We are looking for a talented Case Operations Manager to act as the mini-COO for our complex litigation cases. In this role, you will be the bridge between leadership and our case teams, ensuring that every client matter is handled with efficiency and excellence from the moment they sign up until the case reaches a settlement. You will play a vital role in shaping how we work, using your strategic mindset to solve complex problems and your leadership skills to drive our mission forward.
A day in the life
- You will oversee our case operations by developing and implementing the essential tools and processes that allow our teams to work effectively.
- You will collaborate closely with legal leadership to manage the pace, timeline, and scope of our case work to ensure we meet every critical deadline.
- You will own our inventory reporting, providing clear visibility into the status of our cases while identifying new opportunities to improve our operational performance.
Who you are
You are a highly organized and enterprising professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You possess the ability to simplify complexity and turn data into actionable plans. To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 3 years of experience in business operations, management consulting, or operations management.
- Advanced analytical skills and a proven ability to deliver data-driven recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously across multiple high-priority projects.
- Fluency in English.
- Bonus points if you have experience with Salesforce, a background in the legal industry, or experience working in high-growth startup environments.
