The opportunity
We are searching for a Carrier Sales Representative to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a mid-level role for a seasoned professional who is ready to make a significant impact. You will be a key part of our high-growth, tech-enabled logistics team, using our state of the art technology to procure more trucks than ever before. This position offers a clear path for professional growth and the chance to help take CloudTrucks to the next level. Please note that this role is on-site at our office in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta.
A day in the life
- You will build and manage a robust book of carrier business, ensuring that our capacity aligns perfectly with the needs of our shippers.
- You will use our advanced technology platform and your own negotiation skills to hit and exceed key performance metrics, including load coverage, volume, and revenue goals.
- You will foster deep, multi-dimensional relationships with our carrier partners while collaborating with your teammates to ensure we continue providing elite service to our customers.
Who you are
You are a motivated professional with a passion for logistics and a drive to achieve results. You thrive in a collaborative environment where you can deliver individual success while helping those around you grow. Your background includes:
- At least 2 years of experience in capacity management.
- Direct experience with full-truckload operations, including dry van, reefer, and flatbed freight.
- Strong skills in time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization.
- A talent for creative problem solving and making sound business decisions under pressure.
- Fluency in English.
While a bachelor’s degree is preferred, it is not a requirement for this position.
