Carrier Product Manager at EasyPost

As a YC unicorn, we have built the first developer-friendly REST API for shipping, effectively bridging the gap between modern technology and the traditional logistics sector. The role

We are seeking a Senior Carrier Product Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact leadership role for a candidate with significant experience in product management, specifically within the shipping and logistics space. You will work autonomously to shape the future of our carrier platform and ensure our developer community has the best tools possible.

Core responsibilities

• Lead the development of clear, actionable product requirements and specifications to guide our engineering and program management teams.
• Manage the full lifecycle of projects from initial concept through to launch, including coordinating go-to-market strategies, marketing, pricing, and legal requirements.
• Build and execute a shared vision for our internal and external developer experiences, ensuring our roadmap is driven by customer needs and delivers consistent, incremental value.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a background in software engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, or 3 years of experience with a Master’s degree.
• Deep experience with US regional carriers, with additional knowledge of foreign postal services like Canada Post or Royal Mail being a significant advantage.
• Proven experience working with APIs, SDKs, and developer-focused products.
• A strong technical foundation, including at least 3 years of experience as a software developer or working directly with developer customers.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present to leadership and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
