Mactores is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Canva Designer to join our team as a Brand and Visual Communication Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling presentations, engaging social media posts, and eye-catching merchandise graphics that align with our brand guidelines. Your designs will play a key role in enhancing our brand identity and communicating our message to a wide audience.

What you will do?

Create visually appealing and professional presentations using Canva that effectively communicate complex ideas and data insights.

Ensure all presentations adhere to Mactores’ brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.

Design engaging and on-brand graphics for social media platforms, including posts, stories, and advertisements.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Develop eye-catching graphics for merchandise such as t-shirts, mugs, banners, and other promotional items.

Ensure all merchandise designs align with Mactores’ brand identity and create a cohesive visual experience.

Uphold and enforce Mactores’ brand guidelines in all design projects to ensure a consistent and professional brand image.

Work closely with the marketing and communications team to ensure all visual content reflects our brand values and messaging.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality visuals.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.

What are we looking for?

Proven experience as a Canva Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.

Proficiency in using Canva for creating a wide range of visual content, including presentations, social media posts, and merchandise graphics.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.

Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative design concepts.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

The Path to Joining the Mactores Team

At Mactores, our recruitment process is structured around three distinct stages:

Pre-Employment Assessment:

You will be invited to participate in a series of pre-employment evaluations to assess your technical proficiency and suitability for the role.

Managerial Interview: The hiring manager will engage with you in multiple discussions, lasting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, to assess your technical skills, hands-on experience, leadership potential, and communication abilities.

HR Discussion: During this 30-minute session, you'll have the opportunity to discuss the offer and next steps with a member of the HR team.
