Our services support millions of educational websites, portfolios, and blog networks by focusing on security, accessibility, and hosting. We are a global team working across every continent, and we are excited to find someone who is committed, enthusiastic, and ready to help us stand out.
What is this role?
We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a mid-level position designed for someone who has a deep understanding of WordPress and experience working within the education sector. You will play a vital role in managing pre-sales, sales communications, and account management while working in shifts to help us provide 24/7 coverage for our clients.
What will you do?
- Manage inbound and outbound leads, schedule potential client calls, and provide accurate quotes.
- Set up trial networks, answer technical pre-sales inquiries, and maintain up-to-date deal information in our CRM.
- Assist with new client onboarding, which includes leading administrative training, facilitating network migrations, and configuring initial network setups.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Proven experience with WordPress and SaaS B2B sales.
- Strong knowledge of the education industry, with a preference for experience in US higher education.
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with clients in the US, Canada, and Australia.
- Proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Jira, and Google Apps.
- The ability to work full-time during US time zones.
What's in it for you?
We believe in supporting our employees through a culture that prioritizes family and internal promotion. Benefits include:
- Flexible working hours and remote work arrangements.
- 28 days of paid time off, which can increase up to 35 days.
- Opportunities for professional development, including paid travel to industry conferences like WordCamps.
- Long service leave, granting three months of paid time off after a period of tenure.
- Annual general expenses budgets and recurring technology budgets that increase based on your length of service.
- A potential performance bonus of up to two months of salary, tied to company growth targets.
